Mary Lou Dewey Advocacy Grant - 2009
The Friends of the Maryland State Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped received the 2009 Mary Lou Dewey Library Advocacy Grant to assist with the development of a fully accessible interactive web site that will engage users of all ages around the state. The use of Web 2.0 technologies in a portal-like setting will provide a dynamic user experience for site visitors to learn about the library.
